Core Terms
מוקד / Moked — Work order for a specific repair scope on a vehicle. One vehicle can have multiple mokeds.
תחקור שמאות / Appraisal — Assessment of vehicle damage. Determines which jobs, parts, and hours are needed.
בקשת תוספת / Request Addition — Garage discovers additional damage during repair and requests approval from the office.
קדם חשבונית / Pre-Invoice — Appraiser's field approval step. The appraiser visits the garage, reviews completed work against the app data, the printed proforma, and their original appraisal. Adjusts counts if needed and approves.
פרופורמה / Proforma — Price quote document generated by the office from the vehicle's jobs, parts, and hours. Sent to Nesher invoicing system. The printed proforma is later used by the appraiser during pre-invoice approval.
