Flow: Office Morning Overview

Trigger: Office staff opens app at start of day Device: Web browser

Steps

  1. Open app → Home Screen → Tap Vehicle Hub card

  2. Smart Dashboard loads with summary bar: "5 pending approvals · 3 ready for exit · 2 parts missing"

  3. "Needs My Attention" queue is expanded by default, showing vehicles with pending items

  4. Staff scans the queue, identifies urgent items

  5. Taps a vehicle → Vehicle Detail View opens in the right panel

  6. Reviews mokeds, approves or rejects inline

  7. Clicks next vehicle in the queue → right panel updates

  8. Processes the queue top-to-bottom
