Rollout Plan
The redesign launches alongside the existing app, not instead of it. Users adopt at their own pace.
Phase 1 — Vehicle Hub Card (v2.0)
Add the Vehicle Hub card to the home screen in the first position with prominent visual styling. All existing cards remain functional. Users can try the new experience or stick with what they know.
Risk: Zero disruption. Purely additive.
Phase 2 — Default Landing (v2.1)
Vehicle Hub becomes the default screen after login. Old cards are moved to a "More" or "Classic View" section for users who need transition time.
Risk: Low. Users have had time to explore and provide feedback.
Phase 3 — Full Migration (v2.2)
Old cards removed. The Smart Dashboard is the home screen. By this point, adoption should be confirmed through usage data.
Risk: Minimal. Only executed after data confirms readiness.
